Effective contact
Define the eligible account population and what qualifies as a useful, identity-appropriate conversation.
PILOT & CONTACT
Begin with a bounded task and an agreed observation period. Define the business result, required controls, sources of truth and full cost before deciding whether to expand.
Specify the portfolio, aging definitions, eligible accounts, exclusions, authorizations and comparable existing process.
Use synthetic cases to verify identity rules, permissions, payment uncertainty, complaints, duplicate tasks and recovery.
Keep contact, promises, confirmed payments and operational work distinct. Include software, model and voice usage, telephony, integration, delivery, human review and operations.
Business, technology, risk and cost owners review the evidence. Agree the conditions for expansion, retesting or exit.
Define the eligible account population and what qualifies as a useful, identity-appropriate conversation.
Assess promises only when due, using the agreed date, amount and payment evidence.
Reconcile against the authoritative source, with attribution, partial payments and reversals handled consistently.
Compare the same work and period. Include failed attempts, review work and delivery effort.
A completed call is not a resolved dispute. A promise is not payment. A state update is not recovery.
Email a high-level, de-identified overview: your institution and role, portfolio type and aging range, approximate scale, current systems, the workflow you want to improve and the people who would own the pilot.

You can always select and copy the email address or outline above. Copying or opening a draft does not send anything; review the content and send it from your own email account.
Do not send customer names, identity documents, bank details, complete case files or raw recordings through the public contact channel. Agree a controlled exchange and data-handling scope before sharing business data.
Deployment, network access, third-party channels, permitted actions and local requirements need assessment for the proposed project. A demo or an asset-upload response does not authorize live collections activity. Pilot scope, pricing and timing are agreed individually.
